Shipping & Returns

• Local pickup orders are shipped within 4-6 business days from date of purchase. All items are packaged in the order they are purchased. If you make multiple purchases to the same address, shipping will be combined.

• Shipping is free Pan-India.

• International shipping on demand.

• Once a package is received and accepted, unfortunately it is out of the seller's control. By completing a purchase, you agree that Garden of Ether is not responsible for delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

 

• All shipping updates can be found with your tracking number via order confirmation and is the same information that the seller has.

       

• All items are one of a kind. In the case of a lost package, unfortunately they cannot be recreated.

• There is a strict no-exchange policy since all my products are hand-made, one-of-a-kind and cannot be replicated.

​

• Refunds will only be initiated if you have received a damaged or different product​.
