✧ Where are your insects from? Is it Ethical?
All the moths and butterflies utilized in my work are from insect farms and conservatories where they have lived out their natural life cycle and none are harmed to be killed or sold. These conservatories create an eco-friendly habitat not only beneficial for the butterfly population, but also help protect rainforests with its plants, flowers, trees, and other living species. They are cruelty free and this form of ethical sourcing is a principle I will follow as long as am in the business.

✧ What's the best way to care for my jewelry?
Avoid submerging your jewelry in water whenever possible. Keep your jewelry safe and clean by removing it before using any chemicals, perfumes, cleaning agents, hair sprays, etc. Please also be aware of body lotions/oils on your skin that are making contact with your jewelry. Store your jewelry in a dry area, away from direct sunlight. Fingerprints and smudges can be wiped off easily with a lens cloth.

Because each piece is crafted with utmost care to highlight the delicate natural elements within, they should also be treated as such. Treated gently and with care, your jewels should last decades!
✧ Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately I do not operate at a scale where I can accept returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time. However, if something is not up to your satisfaction please don't hesitate to contact me. The happiness of my customers is my priority and I will always honour this commitment no matter how long it's been since an order was placed.
✧ When will my order ship?

My processing time is 3-5 business days. I package all items in the order they are purchased. Each item is gift wrapped and packaged safely for arrival to you.
If you order more than one piece, all items will be packaged together to avoid access waste.
✧ Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I am almost always accepting custom orders, depending on the project of course. I am happy to create custom work for you with flowers you provide, whether they be fresh or pressed! If you have preserved insects or other natural materials, I accept those as well. Read Customs for more.
